"Opinion: The service and care my family received at Oakey$0027s was exceptional. Justin Fix was attentive, thorough, and most importantly, genuine. He deftly coordinated multiple family members across the country when planning the service. Every question we asked was answered promptly and completely, without being patronizing. During the day of the service, Justin$0027s presence was calming and reassuring. I$0027m truly grateful that Justin was the person who helped us through such a difficult time. Thank you."

"Opinion: Both of my parents passed away years ago (15 yr for my mother, 6 yr for my father), and I worked with Oakey$0027s for the arrangements for both of them -- Downtown for my mother, Vinton for my father. I never thought about leaving any reviews until I read some of the negative ones posted here."
