"Opinion: Mike was very accommodating. The love that they clearly have for fur babies is evident. We felt our Sally the Beagle was treated with respect and our feelings were as well. This might sound insensitive to some, however, I need to mention that the cost was less than anywhere else I called. I mention this because not everyone who has lost a pet can afford a cremation, and the guilt that can go along with having to make the decision. Just look at the love that was put into the cremation of our baby."

"Opinion: The staff here really cares. We lost our 15 year old beagle and after calling a couple places who seemed like they would treat our boy like just another chore, we found Oak Haven. They were so kind, considerate, and made us feel like they would treat him like our old Boom. He mattered to them and you could tell in the way they handled every step of the process. I cannot thank them enough. They also accommodate a wide selection of urns rather than just stuffing him in a tin. I highly recommend their services."
