"Opinion: I had a very good experience with the Cremation Society. The employees were very friendly and professional. Everyone I met at the entrance always smiled and were very helpful directing me to the person(s) who I came to see. The staff members who I worked with directly were also friendly, helpful, and very attentive to all the details of the client$0027s wishes, interest, needs, and business. When the Death Certificate needed to be amended, they were very helpful and the return processing time was expedient. I was very satisfied with their professionalism"

"Opinion: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! This is easily one of the worst experiences I$0027ve ever had with a company. My father-in-law died on Sunday and it has been a one way game of phone tag ever since. After giving tons of information over the phone I was told that we would be sent paperwork within an hour via email. The paperwork never came. When I called back I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Still nothing. When I called back a few hours later I was directed to an answering service who told me they were closed. This morning I called and was told they would call me back in 15 minutes. That was over an hour ago. You would think that a company offering cremation and burial services to a family would understand that communication is key in a time of grief. This group has been atrocious. Avoid the added stress and go with a company that knows what they are doing."
