"Opinion: I cannot thank Ashley and her husband enough for opening their shop on a very late, very sad Thursday to take in our dog for cremation. They are incredibly professional and very attentive to detail that pet lovers need so that every thing is handled. The result is a wonderful product that my family and i love and will display for a very long time. Job well done."

"Opinion: We recently had to put down our beloved teacup poodle, Chowsie. He was the sweetest little treasure. Anyone who has ever lost a beloved pet knows just how painful it is. We wanted his body treated in death with the same respect it received in life. I called several establishments that offer pet cremation but knew when I got off the phone with Ashley from Newberg Pet Cremation that I didn’t need to make any further calls. Ashley was able to answer all of my questions with kindness, empathy and knowledge. She even offered to drive to our home to pick up his body. We opted to drive him out to her. When we arrived, Danielle, Ashley’s sister was waiting for us. She was every bit as sincerely caring as Ashley had been on the phone. She gave us time to say our final goodbyes. She reviewed everything with us. She respected our fragile state and didn’t try to up-sell us. She told us that we could pick up his ashes in a week... and in one week they were ready to be picked up. When we arrived we got to meet Ashley. She had everything ready for us. His ashes were interred in a small, well-made cedar box. They had crafted a little ceramic print of his paw as well as an ink print and a lock of his fur, providing a perfect tangible memory. Ashley and Danielle are a seamless team. We highly recommend their company"
