"Opinion: Elizabeth was compassionate, caring, and patient with our many questions and accommodating with our out of state travel plans. As heartbreaking as this was for us, Neptune provided us time and the opportunity to say our goodbyes in peace and privacy. Taking care of all necessary paperwork was one less headache. I highly recommend Neptune, they provide dignity and love at a time when needed most."

"Opinion: Signing up for the services of Neptune sounded practical and easy. When my need for their services occurred, they promptly transported the deceased to their holding area. The staff was courteous and observant of my grief! Afterwards, communications stopped and I was left in the dark as to what was happening to my beloved dead! I reached out to the sales representative but he said the situation was no longer in his domain, but in the funeral arranger’s. I called several times for updates, but received no responses! I would have appreciated much-required progress report as there were other matters like funeral mass, novena prayers, celebration of life reception, and burial arrangements to schedule for a proper farewell to my dear dead!"
