"Opinion: Lots of animals for adoption, pretty loud and hectic, really too crazy when a lot of people are there to have a relaxed time to find a new pet that suits you. Dogs are barking and jumping up and down in cages. No way to get a read on dogs when they$0027re going nuts. I ended up going to an adoption event at SV Mall and adopting a dog there, even though it cost me $100.00. At Nancy J. Brua it was an anniversary event and adoptions were $16.00. But where I found my dog elsewhere it was relaxed and easy to find my new dog."
