"Opinion: The staff was very friendly and the wood urn with engagement is beautiful. The process took a little longer than expected because they sent the documentation to the wrong email address which I wish they would have verified before they sent it so it wouldn’t have been delayed a week."
  • Name: Neva Mann
"Opinion: Do not recommend at all. I Spoke with someone by the name of Walter, he was rude, abrasive and over talked me . Told me basically I was Wasting his time while I was trying to address what we would need to do for a loved one’s affair. Told me I would pay double if I went anywhere else. I will gladly pay double than to deal with such a hateful rude non professional as this man showed to be. Definitely will not leave my loved one in his care. Shirley was very nice and professional, take some lessons from Shirley, Walter."
