  "Opinion: Our cats have been going to Monticello Animal Hospital for a few years and they are always kind, gentle and try to make the experience a positive one which I appreciate. Lots of treats. We especially love Dr. Hoy! Dr. Hoy has been very helpful with addressing odd behaviors in our geriatric cat and helping him be more comfortable in his older age. Our new kitten had a thorough first exam by Dr. Haynes who was excellent and informative! She is a great addition to the team. Their vet techs are also very skilled and helpful. Even when there is an emergency, they can usually get my cat in the same day. They have handled some urgent emergencies with injuries and sickness and the cats have all felt better. They are easy to get a hold of and schedule with. They also have good technology for follow up after appointments. We will be lifetime customers. They were recommended to us by a friend and we recommend them to everyone."

  "Opinion: My sweet cat Hades came to Monticello for some tooth extractions. Dr Anderson and Brittany were amazing!! They clearly studied his records to understand all that he$0027s been through medically and were so kind to him. They provided excellent communication and I was comforted knowing he was in such good hands. Even the scheduler Shanah was great at getting everything in order to limit the stress on him for the procedure. This is a fantastic practice and Im so thankful for every one of them and the care they provide!!"
