"Opinion: Two weeks ago my beloved pet Scruffy passed away. The staff at Monarch Pet Memorial Services were incredibly compassionate and understanding during this difficult time. They took care of everything with such care and respect,. His paw impression on his urn is beautiful. I highly recommend Monarch Pet Memorial. "Opinion: I recently had to say goodbye to my fur baby, Neo, and Monarch made a difficult time a little easier with their thoughtful and professional service. They patiently walked me through the process, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with care. They worked with the emergency clinic I used to arrange the pickup, so I did not have to be involved with that. When I received my Neo$0027s ashes, they were presented respectfully and with the utmost dignity. It was clear that every step of the process was handled with sensitivity and respect for my pet$0027s memory. What I appreciate the most is that my cat was mostly orange with a white chest, and they made sure to get fur from each spot, so that my little jar had both colors."
