  "Opinion: You’re probably reading this review because you’re trying to make one of the hardest decisions of your life and I’m so sorry. Making that appointment to put your cherished pet to sleep is beyond words. If you have the privilege of spending a little more for essentially a concierge experience, I’d highly encourage you to go with Monarch over a cheaper alternative. The level of service and care you’ll receive is well worth the cost. I was certain of only one thing and that was that I would not bring my dog into the vet so she would feel afraid in her last moments. Having Dr. Seana come to the house while Yoshi was comfortable in her own environment was the best possible way I could’ve said goodbye to my sweet girl. Dr. Seana was very gentle with her and she went peacefully. Having the aftercare and all the mementos handled by Dr. Seana freed up a lot of mental bandwidth during a painful time where I didn’t have much energy for any more decision making. What sets her apart is Dr. Seana comes back to you and hand delivers your urn and all the keepsakes (beautifully wrapped), rather than you having to make a sad drive to a crematorium to pick up your pet. The turnaround was also excellent. I had a few special requests and she fulfilled all of them; she makes every effort to personalize this difficult experience. Monarch is truly the total package.
