"Opinion: I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to write one after my experience here. My wife and I lost our cat suddenly on Memorial Day. I called and spoke with Michelle and she was so compassionate and helpful. My mind was racing 1000 miles per hour and she was so calm and patient with me. When I arrived at the facility, Alexis helped take care of us. She was amazing as well. She was so patient with me, allowing me all the time I needed, even though I know I was taking up her holiday. Thank you to everyone at Mission Pet Memorials for making one of our worst days a little bit brighter with your kindness and patience."

"Opinion: I was devastated when my Kitty boy died unexpectedly after 18 years together. I was so torn up, bawling on the phone and Michelle talked me through everything. Michelle and the rest of the staff were so compassionate, respectful, helpful, genuine and understanding. They took amazing care of Kitty and clipped some hair which they put in an amazing little box with his engraving. It looks so similar to one I already have and it warms my heart. Thanks to the crew over there for doing what they do. It can$0027t be easy."
