"Opinion: Guys, I understand busy 100%. I understand prioritizing patients. I do not understand 90+ minutes in a small, hot room, with our injured dog, without so much as an update or check-in. You should have people checking in with clients regularly, even if it is just to say it will be a bit longer. If you are short staff, then add additional people. The prices being charged for urgent care should more than allow for adds to the team."

"Opinion: I went in for a consult with Dr. Wilson. This took place in the LOBBY for about 10 min. We discussed cost and after care and that$0027s about it. He had not much else to say. And then they proceeded to charge me $200!!!!!!!!!!! Where I come from, consults are usually FREE! I$0027m sorry, but you$0027re time isn$0027t worth any more than my time that I had to take to come talk to you. VERY disappointed in this place and not the first time. Won$0027t ever go back if I can help it. This world has turned into a greedy free for all."
