"Opinion: The experience was great when I went in for an adoption of a cat. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the animals in their care. Although the cat I wanted wasn’t available, I found an adorable cat named Magnolia. She aclamated to me immediately and she has a forever home ❤️"

"Opinion: The volunteer we had that showed us some pets (forgot her name but she was a lovely older lady) was great at explaining info on each dog-we ended up taking home Cinnabon and was an easy process to do so— they initially said she wasn’t house trained or potty trained but when we brought her home, she knew exactly where and when to go potty, knows “sit”, and even is a GREAT listener! Sometimes the kennel environment makes it difficult for dogs to be themselves so FYI for anyone adopting."
