  "Opinion: It is with the sincerest gratitude that my family and I have for Ms. Velma, Mr. Leon and the staff at Memorial Funeral Home. The loss of our beloved mother, Olivia, was devastating and so very painful for our family. Ms. Velma, Mr. Leon and their staff were so incredibly supportive, empathic and professional through all of the phases of the services they provided for mom. My family and I are eternally grateful for their wonderful and compassionate service. Memorial Funeral Home made us feel like we were part of their family. That is treatment that is invaluable to our family."

  "Opinion: The funeral Director Velma was very rude and demanding. Showed that she was upset when she didn$0027t get her way with the timing at the cemetery. The assistant director literally went out of his way to against the families wishes to play the video of photos before the time they felt was right. The assistant director also through a fit in front of me and one of the younger employees going against the wishes of the family. The assistant director also blamed the flower for not bringing the flowers for service without looking for them then disregarding after finding them 3 feet from where he was standing... the customer service is absent they are cold and pushy. They say they$0027ll do what you want especially Velma and then immediately do not. They are over priced cold and hard. No compassion for the family in our experience. It truly is all business no humanity at Memorial funeral home in San Juan."
