  "Opinion: 1 star because I had too. WORSE PLACE EVER!!! No respect, lady sounds 200 years old that answered the phone, had no idea what was going on. I was told I wasn$0027t my dad$0027s family. These people knew nothing of my father or myself. He trust the word of my dad$0027s so called girlfriend. Hate this place. Needs to be shut down and yes I turned them in to BBB. It$0027s sick how these people act. Sad looking place and awful service. Had my dad in a cardboard box casket, YES CARDBOARD and he had plenty of insurance. Yes it was you all. Remember I turned you in to the BBB. You all are liers and cons. Even told me I wasn$0027t family and this was my dad. Yall took names at the door, how rude and upsetting. You all are heartless just like Jackie Price. She wasn$0027t married to my father. Yall took her word for everything. SHANE ON YALL FOR LYING!!!!! I wouldn$0027t sent my dead dog to you all"

  "Opinion: Worst absolutely WORST experience imaginable! No one kept in contact with me! There was no assistance with getting things done and this was a first time experience! They never answer the phone! Santa is disrespectful and rude! They lied multiple times! They are liars! My father was to be cremated and they played so many games! One minute I can see my father one last time next minute I can’t! One minute my fathers remains aren’t ready then next minute not only we’re they ready but I had 30 mins to meet them at the crematory! I got there and waited an hour only to find out she lied I didn’t need to meet her there was no extra paperwork and I could have picked my dad up 3 days sooner! The grounds are not maintained! These people should be shut down!!! I am looking into what can be done! All I can do is pray and apologize to my father that his death was disrespected to this magnitude! PLEASE DONT TRUST YOUR PET LET ALONE YOUR LOVED ONE WITH THESE PEOPLE!"
