  "Opinion: A family member who recently passed had made arrangements with McGahee Griffin Stewart. We had a very good experience working with them. Jonathan Corn made the process comfortable and easy. He created a very hospitable environment and provided helpful input as we navigated the details of planning the service and preparing the obituary. Each person I spoke with and worked with throughout the entire process was always kind, compassionate, and very patient and helpful in answering my many questions. I’ve been to many different services at this funeral home. It has come to feel like home in the sense of being the place to always go to celebrate the life of a loved one comfortably. Having now experienced first hand how helpful they are in making preparations and streamlining the process, I can say it really is a pleasure working with them, particularly in such difficult circumstances. I would strongly recommend them."

  "Opinion: No one is prepared for the loss of a loved one, especially the process that follows death and the necessary arrangements that must be made. My husband Rudy died in August of 2022 and my Grandmother Ellon died shortly after in December. The compassion and willingness to be there for my family shown by Tony, Michael, Alan and Sheila is completely and certainly a miracle from God. Our experiences, as sad as they were, felt more like we had personal friends handling our loved ones$0027 affairs rather than a "funeral home staff".
