  "Opinion: Used to think highly of this vet but not so much anymore. They claim you owe bills you already paid and then treat you like trash when you come in the door. Took my sister’s dog in and he did the same thing to her saying she doesn’t like to pay her bills all while he has an office full of people insulting you knowing good and well that she did. We have paid every bill we have owed to this man. This puppy got attacked by another dog and he did very little to help her. Gave her a shot that caused her to scream for hours. She was crying and he just looked at her and says oh you’re going to hurt never trying to pet her in an effort to help calm her. My sister tried to call to talk about this bill she supposedly owed that was PAID AGAIN for the SECOND time and the person she needed to talk to will not answer the phone. She even sent a text and was ignored. Had to take Sassy to another vet last night because she became lethargic not responding. This vet said she should have been hospitalized put on fluids with antibiotics immediately as well as had her wounds washed. Doug did none of that. Well this baby wound up dying! He made the statement if the bill doesn’t get paid don’t come back. The bill was paid AGAIN for the SECOND time yesterday. No worries none of our family will be back. If you wish to see some photos of what we were dealing with please message me. They are horrible and so is this man. All this man did was give her a shot and sent her home with antibiotics and finally something for pain AFTER he complained about it and how he would loose money. This man wasn’t loosing any money. I had a credit card ready to pay the entire visit yesterday so the money wasn’t an issue."
