  "Opinion: I have had many dealings with Magnolia Funeral Home as a local pastor. This year however, I had to use them for family not once, but twice. The first time was the loss of my wife$0027s aunt and the staff was compassionate and very professional. The second time was the sudden and unexpected loss of our granddaughter, who was to Charlene and I, like a daughter. The entire staff, most especially Rhonda Wilbanks, was more than exceptional. They saw to every single detail with the utmost of care. They dealt with an emotionally charged family dynamic professionally and compassionately. As the family patriarch and as the pastor, I had no one to lean on, except for EVERYONE at Magnolia. They are phenomenal! This is NOT a business to them, but a calling.
