"Opinion: I had a great experience from start to finish with you guys. Even though it was one of the hardest times of my life, your persistence and dedication to make this time easy for me, and my family will never be forgotten. Thank you, Princessa. When I couldn’t pick up the phone your calls made everything easier."

"Opinion: I want to preface my comments by saying I would have given them five stars as far as pricing, communication, prompt response to our questions, caring staff & the EXCELLENT care & job they did with our son’s preparation. He looked so very peaceful. However, the conditions in the viewing room bordered on inhumane in my opinion. No mother should have to be in fear that her deceased child’s makeup was going to melt & run down their face! We were told that they limit the number of people to six because “the ventilation in the room was not very good.” I don’t know if they do this because they are afraid that people will not leave when their hour is up, but they need to hire some employees who possess critical thinking skills, because with temps in the 90’s all week, SOMEONE employed there should have realized that they should have placed a couple of fans in that room to at least move the air! My husband & I are elderly. I don’t tolerate heat well in the first place. I was trying as hard as I could to stay by my son the entire hour, but about a half hour in, I had to step out of the room in order to cool down enough as to not possibly pass out. I am NOT exaggerating any of this."
