"Opinion: First of all, they did not return my call. When I called back the next morning, I was told I could bring my dog in when they reopened at 3:30. I got there at about 3:45 and the place was totally locked up with no note or message as to when they would arrive. I had my dead dog in the back of my car, bloating and covered with wet towels and ice packs to minimize the bloating. I called them the next morning and was told that the lady that opens in the afternoon couldn$0027t get there by 3:30 as she had to pick up her kids! The owner was going to change the advertised times but had not done it yet. I was also told that this had happened the day before. I had this dog for over 12 years and was extremely upset as she did not deserve this kind of treatment. I hate these people!"
