"Opinion: When looking to find a service that allowed me to select the services I wanted without a sales pitch or being pushy, Lone Star was an ideal choice. The effort made to help me understand processes and complexities for my sister, an organ donor, was as good as I could ask for. When I felt unsure and my mind was heavy, it was comforting to have support when needed. They were easy to work with remotely and everything went as expected. A great experience during a difficult time."

"Opinion: Very professional, quick turnaround to receive my moms ashes and death certificates. Can make arrangements online or in person. We actually went in to look at urns in person, even though there were lots more choices online if we wanted more options. They also offer many beautiful choices to memorialize your loved one, using their ashes, fingerprints, with jewelry etc. Lone Star Cremation not only took great care of us, but their pricing is about 1/3 the cost of using a funeral home for your cremation needs. Highly recommend when your family encounters this need."
