"Opinion: We had a really great experience with Live Oak, even in the midst of all the sadness surrounding our pet’s passing. Everyone we worked with was very friendly, helpful, and empathetic - from the first phone call to the delivery - and we very much appreciated that Live Oak offers delivery so we didn’t have to drive out of our way. We chose the cedar box urn with an engraving. The urn itself is beautiful and the kind note from the Live Oak team, as well as the Rosemary and Forget Me Not seeds, was a very nice touch. Thank you to everyone at Live Oak for all that you guys do."

"Opinion: The staff at Live Oak handled our senior Great Dane$0027s cremation after he passed from cancer. They were so very kind and empathetic from the first phone call to delivery. Having our dog$0027s ashes returned in a beautifully arranged package with a sympathy card, rosemary sachet, packet of Forget-Me-Not seeds, a paw print and the cedar urn was so comforting."
