"Opinion: We had an appointment scheduled with another funeral home to have our cat cremated, but when we arrived no one was there to help us. We called Life Tails and they were able to take her in immediately, saving us a lot of panic. The process was easy and a lot less expensive than we thought. Her caretakers were respectful and kind, they made us feel like they cared about her too. We also really appreciated the frequent updates about the cremation, urn, and name plate status. When it was time to pick her up, it was quick and we were given a tote bag to carry her urn in. We can$0027t thank Life Tails enough for saving us when we didn$0027t know where to go, and making us feel warm and welcome. Thank you so much for caring for our baby."

"Opinion: I could not be happier with the care and professionalism of Life Tails Pet Cremation. Brett Wilson-Ambrose included a personal note, sharing his condolences, and this brought me comfort in knowing our sweet Hazel was in caring hands. The box is stunning and will forever be cherished in our family$0027s home. Thank you for the Lifetails tribute as well. We are at peace. Thank you, Brett and Lifetails Cremation."
