"Opinion: Very disappointed. After you check in they take you & your pets back to an exam room. They ask you a bunch of questions. Then they remove your pet (YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND) for the examination with the doctor. They take your baby somewhere in the back to be examined by the doctor. Call me old fashioned but not being with my baby during their doctor visit is a huge OH HECK NO. Everything else was fine. I was so looking forward to the type of positive experience we always had with our vet we had when we lived in Georgetown. Fortunately neither one of my pets have to come back until December so I have lots of time to decide if I’ll be back or go elsewhere. There’s no reason to remove my pets from my care while the doctor does the examination. What is your pets have separation anxiety? Nope. No way"

"Opinion: They are genuinely kind and gentle with my dogs, 16 year old Benjamin and my 8 month old Frenchie, Ozzy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve taken such god care them I recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys so much"
