Name: Ruth Ingram-Calvin
"Opinion: I utilized Krause for my daughter’s cremation and service after attending a visitation there. I was impressed with the facility and staff, and made an appointment to discuss our families needs. My expectations were exceeded by each person I encountered. I found the attention to detail, anticipation of needs and follow through uncommon. All targets set and commitments made to us were met. A point of contact was clearly identified and easily accessible through various forms of communication. Friends and family attending the service have been very vocal in their praise. The “after service” check ins and references have assisted me in working through my sorrow and sadness. I am thankful I selected their team."

"Opinion: Although I have, for years, made these arrangements, no one is ever 100% prepared for when the time arrives."
