"Opinion: This is definitely not the same establishment that Mr. High ran for forty plus years! During a time that was super difficult, this staff made our experience even harder. They were rude, unprofessional as well as the customer service being totally horrible. This is an example of another Black Owned business that lacks professionalism, empathy and care. Please take some customer service training classes, empathy and etiquette training as well!"

"Opinion: Your professionalism was impeccable! Your service beyond words! Huge thank you for the awesome service you provided for my dad, Roger Anthony Porch. You had me with the very first phone call. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness, support and extraordinary attention to details you showed from start to finished. The entire staff phenomenal!"
