"Opinion: My nephew lost his best friend on Thanksgiving. I called around as it was a holiday I had little hope. AC answered right away. She was patient and kind. She had a fast arrival and sympathic, professional and extremely gracious. It was the first time my nephew lost a (his own)pet (26). Not knowing what he should expect he was extremely relieved. Nothing will make it better. But when I did call today to check in he said..”Sammy was returned in a wonderful way”. We are extremely grateful for what you do. We highly recommend."
