"Opinion: The staff at Jacobs Funeral Home where very polite and professional when they came to my home and picked up my pup that past, I have used them 3 times now and have been very satisfied with the way they have treated my all 3 of my German Shepherds that have passed. Thank you all at Jacobs Funeral Home for all you have done for me."

"Opinion: I entrusted Jacob$0027s Funeral Home to cremate my beloved cat. I received his ashes with his name spelled wrong. After inquiring about this horrible mistake, I was informed by Jacob$0027s Funeral Home through a very informal printed letter that the spelling could have "gone either way". Instead of choosing to make a simple phone call to ensure my loved one was NAMED PROPERLY after his cremation, they chose to GUESS.. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO STARS."
