    "Opinion: Going on four years soon. I was traveling in between duty stations and my best friend couldn’t take it. I struggled to let him go but knew once he stopped eating it was time. First dog and first one I lost…. I was crushed to continue the journey without him. In loving memory / KATHY..was such a blessing to find! I received my buddy back with a custom made box and personal touch “camouflage ribbon”. Thank you so much for taking care of my best friend! RIP RAMBO"

    "Opinion: I called Kathy less than 2 hours after my dog passed away. I was crying and upset. Her comments were harsh and uncaring. The exact words spoken were "Is there going to be someone that will help me get that dog out of the house and into my car?" I expressed how harsh her comment was and indicated I was hanging up. She called back but I rejected her call."
