"Opinion: Had the worst experience with the funeral home in the worst possible time in my life. they have yet to own a contact me to try to make up for it . So is what happened.... I have received the wrong body ,messed up obituary 3 times also death certificate and was charged $500 for a service that they didn$0027t even do . they should be ashamed for taking advantage of someone in the worst possible time of their life"

"Opinion: The funeral home director was very empathetic and helpful at this very difficult time. There was not a single thing that I could have asked for that they had not already considered. In a time of great stress and sadness they were excellent and supportive."
