From the moment that we spoke with John, his compassion, confidence, and professionalism were so assuring, and exactly what we needed. Every team member backed up the same assurance that every detail would be handled in the best way possible. They listened with great care, and advised us carefully, making sure we understood. Every detail of Dad’s service in Kearney, and military burial an hour and a half away, were perfectly administered. We were able to trust John and his team throughout the entire process, which gave our family the time we needed to meet with our family and friends, and focus on the life we had shared with our Dad. We cannot tell you how much that meant to all of us. Their compassionate care from the moment of Dad’s passing to his final service was amazing, and above and beyond any experience we have had in the past.
