"Opinion: Today was one of the hardest days myself and my husband have had in our marriage. Dr. Lauren made today so much easier. She was kind, compassionate, and supportive in this process. She came into our home and soothed our baby as she crossed into the afterlife. She gave us space to grieve and say goodbye, while also being supportive and making sure we knew what to expect at each step. My husband and I genuinely believe Dr. Lauren is an angel sent to earth to help usher our fur babies into the afterlife—she has a gift."
