"Opinion: After a tragic loss of one of our feline friends we called here to have him cremated, the call went to voicemail but before I could even leave a message Amy was already calling me back. She was kind and told us to come up whenever we were ready. Upon arrival you ring the doorbell and Amy greats you with kind words and a genuine look of concern, but also a comforting smile. She puts a sign on the door so if anyone else arrives they know to wait outside for privacy. It was nice to be at a place that understands that our pets are family too and privacy in this moment is important."
