After facing such a sudden and tragic loss of our girl Dixie, your sincere compassion and tireless accommodations do not go unnoticed. While on vacation at the beach for my husband’s birthday, our girl was tragically taken from us and Heavenly Paws was a Godsend. We appreciate you handling our case with grace and such delicacy, and for hand delivering our precious girl. As our vacation comes to an end, thanks to Kristen, we are able to take Dixie back home to Pennsylvania to her final resting place.
