"Opinion: Alphea at heavens pets was absolutely amazing. She was so genuine and sincerely caring during every phone conversation. We had to put my Morkie of 13 1/2 years down after being diagnosed with mast cell cancer. She made the process super easy and was extremely helpful when choosing the package for our baby. After putting our baby down, Alphea called to go over every detail and also called when she arrived. We received a call exactly 3 days later with our sweet Bella’s remains in a beautiful hand carved urn, we also recieved a silicone paw print along with a silicone nose print and an ink print of Bella’s nose and paw. Bella’s remains were packaged so perfectly and delicately. As difficult as this process was, Alphea and Heavens pets made everything effortless and we will never forget how they took such wonderful care of our angel in heaven. Can’t thank them enough! If calling Heaven’s Pets, request Alphea!"

"Opinion: My experience with Heaven$0027s Pets was amazing. They were kind, compassionate and caring. Got my fur baby back exactly 3 days after we made arrangements! They brought him to our Vet. Would highly recommend! Thank you Naomi and Carolyn for being so kind during this difficult time."
