"Opinion: Left my boy on a tarp we had shared many adventures with instead of the scuzzy bed they had for him. They destroyed the tarp without notifying me, among other things. Take your beloved pet someplace that will treat them with respect and not this processing plant. Unless your really want the shitty overpriced wooden urn from India. My boy deserved better than this place gave."

"Opinion: Highly recommend Heartland Pet Aquamation when the need arises. Jared was so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process of handling the aftercare of my sweet Roxie. I called several days after I dropped her off with him frantic because I couldn’t find her favorite toy and blanket. He answered my call after hours and reassured me that they did still have these items and were able to salvage them. Thank you guys for everything."
