Name: Roxanne Sabatino
"Opinion: I had to unexpectedly handle arrangements for my mom’s cremation services and heartland responded to my call promptly and professionally. Shannon handled the process with care, empathy and provided a high level of customer service."

"Opinion: This year I was unfortunate enough to need cremation services twice in a matter of months. Planning cremation/services for a loved one while grieving is not an easy task. The staff at Heartland understand this. They are patient and kind. I never felt rushed or pushed into something I didn$0027t want. Communication with the service coordinators was amazing. I was kept informed along the way, all my questions were answered thoroughly. They followed through and made sure I received copies of everything."
