  "Opinion: Andy was amazing throughout the whole process. We lost my dad after a long battle with cancer and Andy was so great putting the obituary together and getting everything we needed organized, with ZERO weight on our shoulders, giving us the proper time to grieve instead of worrying about funeral arrangements. He made my entire family feel so welcome, so comfortable, and he listened so closely to everything my dad would have wanted, he also worked with us on payment as life insurance denied our claim and was so helpful through that as well! They did such a great job setting up and preparing a space that was personal to our family, in a beautiful venue.
