"Opinion: Our family was extremely satisfied with the professional service that we received. The staff was very sensitive to our needs and understanding of the emotions we were experiencing. They guided us through all of the steps for the funeral arrangements and provided a tasteful service that suited our needs. We were also appreciative of their guidance for the processes in the aftercare package. We would recommend them to our family and friends."

"Opinion: My mother Shirlene Tucker passed away at home on Christmas morning 2023, the staff at Harrel Funeral home has been nothing but professional, caring and very helpful. Neil has been very available to our family and all of the staff has been prompt in returning phone calls and notifying our family of moms returned remains and her death certificates. The after care services are also very helpful, my specialist Mishelle has given great insight as to things needed following the passing of a loved one. This has been a very difficult time for our family and we would love to extend our gratitude to Harrell funeral home of Llano for making the process as easy as possible."
