"Opinion: Groff Pet Services were great in our time of need! Everything unexpectedly happened on a Sunday. I reached out to them expecting not to hear back until Monday. Jackie texted me right back and we had everything arranged for Monday morning. Jackie greeted us there Monday morning. She was extremely understanding and consoling. She was really meant for this job. She really put us at ease with her very kind nature and empathy at this extremely difficult time. We would highly recommend Jackie and Groff Pet Services."
