  "Opinion: I recently completed the services for a third family member using the Groff Funeral Home and Crematory in Sandusky. The entire staff at Groff$0027s could not have been more accommodating or professional. I dealt with Haley for the most part, but also with Kara the President of Groff$0027s. Their understanding, compassion, concern, and attention to details is wonderful. There is a reason that they are so well respected in the community. When dealing with people at a most difficult time in their lives, they understand and go the extra mile to make sure things are done accurately and professionally. What a comfort to know that your loved one and the details of their funeral or cremation are being handled by caring professionals.   "Opinion: I can not say enough about our experience with Groff Funeral home, they took care of my Mom as well as my Dad now. Drew and the staff went above and beyond in my opinion working with us to get my Dad back from Florida after his death. They took the time with my wife and I, walked us through every thing, and as soon as the paper work was in from Florida Drew was on the phone with us so we could move forward with closing my Dads affair$0027s in Florida. The service for my Dad was great."
