"Opinion: Grimes brought Garden of memories north cemetery in Kerrville. The appearance and grounds condition demonstrate a severe lack of care and maintenance. Much more is deserving for the black community which provides a large service clientele for Grimes Funeral Home."

"Opinion: I have worked in the funeral industry for over 12 years and I have never seen such amazing customer service so I have this last year. I am so very grateful for Grimes Funeral Chapel they have taken care of 4 of my loved ones this last year, one being my mom. They showed me and my family so much kindness and respect in the worst times of our lives. I will forever be indebted to there wonderful staff. Thank you Johnny, Kyrsten Wood, and Joan Crider."
