"Opinion: We had never had to deal with any of this before. When we lost my father in law Ken to COVID, Mike and all the staff were there and helped make sense of the whole situation. They were very respectful and sensitive. After the first meeting we knew right away that we had picked the right place and the right people to take care of Ken.
