"Opinion: EDIT: After writing this review and thinking about it, I tried to move the plaque to the front of the box to cover the scratch/dent. The plaque bent easily when I took it off the top of the box and did not lay flat so I called John and told him the situation and asked if they could replace the plaque and he did not hesitate in doing this for me. John is truly a kind soul, someone like him should be in this business. He is so friendly and kind and I can tell he really cared about my cat but also that he cares about me. Thank you, John."
