"Opinion: Genuine Care Cremations deserves every bit of a five star rating. Ryan Haydecek totally exceeded our expectations. Years age while Florida residents we purchased preneed cremation policies from a local crematorium. Shortly after moving to Illinois,. we were informed that Mary Terese had stage 4 cancer and that her prognosis was grim. We were referred to Genuine Care and Ryan coordinated everything from working with the insurance company to handling the necessary arrangements with the VA and the staff at Abraham Lincoln National"
