"Opinion: We could not have asked for more compassionate people to care for our sweet old girl, Roxy. We have lost pets in the past, & chose cremation. The difference between those experiences, & our experience with Gentle Waters is amazing. The compassion from the moment I called inquiring about the process made a world of a difference for me. The effort made on their part, to make it more convenient for us to meet them for transport to and from their facility.. the urn, the plaque to go on the urn, the paw prints - (FRAMED paw prints!)"
