  "Opinion: I just recently had to put down my 23 year old Siamese that I had since I was five years old & her since she was 6 weeks old. It has been a very hard & emotional ordeal. Rita has been amazing & very comforting / supportive! She knows how much my cat meant to me & how she was part of my family! She has been very busy & booked up, but was able to work it into her schedule to go pick up my cat & get her ready for me so I could have her back at home with me. She was very compassionate & very professional! She took immaculate care of my cat & had sympathy cards with her for my loss. She also told me if I didn$0027t feel comfortable or it was too hard for me to put my cat in her Urn she would come & do it for me, as I special ordered one on Amazon for her. It is nice to know there are other people that can realate & sympathize with you! Thank you for your kindness!!"

  "Opinion: The compassion they showed to me during a very difficult time was very much appreciated. They provided Ranger’s remains in a box that I could place in a larger container. They also gave me a very nice poem about losing a pet as well as a pamphlet about dealing with the loss of a pet. I appreciated their kindness and would recommend them should you lose a beloved four legged family member"
