  "Opinion: My cat Hope passed away recently after struggling with intestinal cancer. Her passing was traumatic and sudden. I wanted to honor her with a beautiful burial. Although it was a 1.5 hr drive, I love the Conroe area and scheduled with Fond Memories. The morning of I had not heard anything further from them, & after not sleeping the night before thinking again of her death and pending burial, I texted their afterhours number to make sure everything was on time for her 9am burial. Finally, they responded stating that it was cancelled due to the storm the day before. If I had not texted, I would’ve picked up Hope’s body and drove 1.5hr across town only to find out that there would be no burial. Leaving me with her dead body and nowhere to go. I was furious at the lack of consideration or communication. They then called me later in the day to inform me that I would be refunded while continuing to make excuses for why a burial scheduled 2 weeks prior was forgotten and disregarded. If you are looking for a memorable & professional experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere."

  "Opinion: Fond Memories family, thank you so much. From my first experience with you in 2015 to present, I$0027ve had the misfortune of losing beloved pets throughout the years, but you all were there. Working in vet offices, I$0027ve had the pleasure of getting to tour your facility and attended presentations regarding the way you carefully handle our beloved family members and I got to educate clients on how our pets are treated with kindness and respect. Thank you all for your empathy and all that you do. 🙏"
