"Opinion: The kindness and compassion was unmatched! They handled everything quickly and with care. Very grateful for all they did during such a difficult time. They really explained everything in an easy to understand manner and answered any questions. As it was such a difficult time, this was the level of understanding that we needed. I never had to wait for anyone to get back to me as all calls were answered by a person. That meant a lot! Thank you!"

"Opinion: I was truly Blessed when I found First Cremation Society after my husband, of 47 years, passed away after a very short illness. He passed away at Duke Hospital, and I was in a strange place, and a strange city. I found First Cremation Society in a Google search, and as soon as I called them, they took over immediately with care, concern and kindness! Melanie and Elizabeth were Wonderful to myself and my daughter, Laura. It has been four months since John$0027s passing and they are still emailing me to ask me how I am doing. I am overwhelmed with their continued support of me!!!!! 😇😇🥰🥰"
