"Opinion: About a month ago we lost one of our boxers unexpectedly, we contacted Ed around 8:30 pm one evening and he graciously received our Zeus within the hour. He made and awful situation comforting. He treated the loss as if it was his own and made us feel comfortable with the situation. As luck would have it, we lost Diesel a couple weeks later and we got the same treatment from Ed. He is a genuine person who cares and understands what it is like to loss a pet. We can say enough good things about him."
